Guided Wave Radar

Precise continuous level measurement and reliable point level detection combined in one device. The Guidense continuous guided wave radar (GWR) uses Time Domain Reflectometry technology: impulses, generated by the sensors circuitry, are propagated along the probe which is immerged in the liquid or solid to be measured. The sensor can transmit the analysed level as a continuous analog output signal or as a control output signals. The Guidense TDR100 can be used with any of the F- and D-Series level monitors and controllers. Within the Guidense family a Smart sensor is also available! Together with the M844 Data Acquisition and Communication Module from ProcessMonitor you can easily read, modify, store and analyze all process parameters from anyplace, anywhere, anytime using a web browser.


The Guidense TDR100 is a guided wave radar (GWR) for continuous level measurement and point level detection in liquids and solids, with active analog and digital control output. Mechanical installation has almost no restrictions and can be done easily. Due to its relatively small G3/4" process connection thread, the Guidense can be mounted at nearly any existing tank nozzle. Configuration of the TDR100 isn't any harder. Easy configuration can be done by your own crew instead of expensive service engineers.

The Guidense TDR200-SMART is a guided wave radar (GWR) for continuous level measurement in liquids and solids. The Guidense TDR200-SMART has no sensor outputs but a smart bidirectional digital communication output to the ProcessMonitor M844 monitoring and data logging solution. The combined instruments represent Processmonitors Smart Services.
