Where there is a need to power long-distance communication peripherals the CAMERON® flow computer Scanner®2200 is ideal as the single weatherproof enclosure provides room for a battery, charge control controller and radio or modem. Certified for mounting in a Division II hazardous area the Scanner 2200 EFM is a one box solution for gas liquid in steam measurement.

Twin Battery Systems

The Scanner 2200 and the communication device draws its power from a 12 V 33 amp/hour battery which is recharged by an external solar panel or other DC supply. Should this power system be unable to supply demands of communication system, the Scanner 2200 automatically switches to draw its power from an internal lithium battery pack which will operate the entire flow computer less the communication system for nominally one year. This ensures that measurement is never compromised and that historical information is always available.

Easy Interface

ModWorXTM Pro PC software is available without additional cost and is used for configuring hardware, flow calculations, as well as performing calibrations and data collection. Connection is never been easier just plug a USB cable into your computer and connect the other into the external USB port in the side of the enclosure.

The CAMERON® flow computer Scanner® 1140 is a single and dual stream measurement RTU designed specifically to provide flow monitoring and control for oil and gas gathering and production operations. Featuring a full range of operator configurable mass, energy, and volume algorithms, the Scanner 1140 simplifies the process of collecting, processing and transmitting data.

§  Designed specifically for Class 1 Division 1 and Division 2 hazardous areas adjacent to pipeline or production equipment. Housed in a weather proof fiberglass reinforced plastic enclosure, the unit can be either wall or pipe mounted. Solar panel charges a sealed, air transportable, gelled, lead-acid battery ensuring an intrinsically safe, low powered operating system.

§  Stores up to 60 days (hourly and daily) flow history with an audit trail of all events, alarms and user changes. (API Chapter 21 Compliance)
